Our goal is to host our guests in our serene and inviting salon space while providing services to enhance your look! Incredible hair is always the goal but health comes first here at The Love. We require a 48hr notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment to a new date. Clients canceling or rescheduling less than 48hrs before their appointment date and time will be charged a 50% service charge. Clients that “no-show” will be charged 100% of the service fee. I do not offer refunds, however if you would like to adjust your hair from the previous service, please reach out within 5 days of your recent appointment to make this change at no charge.
